I love that you can create different kinds of appointments for my groomers as well as myself to help us keep track of our schedules much better than what we were doing before this program was created! We had been using notepad but it wasn't easy or efficient because sometimes there would be information missing between emails which makes finding things difficult. This has helped solve that problem in helping me stay organized with all details needed so scheduling time isn't lost and mistakes aren't made like they used too (which leads to confusion). It will take some getting use to if your computer skills are lacking at least you'll learn how to navigate through everything easily. You have to go into each schedule/appointment first then open up another window where you could add notes about when someone should come back. If your looking for an easier way to organize yourself and others around.
