I bought these because in my experience air cookers cook much more evenly and predictably. However, these are of poor quality. I've only had them for 1.25 years and I've only used each pan about once every two weeks, but one of them is falling apart. I heard a rumble when I took it out of the closet and just as I was washing it the water seeped between the layers so it came out clearly and now I have to find the right angle to drain it. These pans started staining after about 3 months. I always gave them a quick wash and hand washed them with hot water and dish soap. Nonstick is okay, not perfect, but works well. I will not buy this brand again.
