Wide range of colours, good quality, bright tones. I have not used it for candles or soap but I have used it for jewelry restoration to replace missing stones and I am very happy with it. You have to make sure you don't sneeze when you add it to your media :) and that makes a big difference. It blends well and the results are very nice. I also mixed colors for some projects and it worked fine.
