I'm pretty picky, and this pan performs flawlessly. The fit and finish is very nice. The handle on the pan and on the glass lid really look and feel like expensive wood. They are beautiful. It cooks perfectly, and I only need to use just a smidgen of butter or oil. Clean up is a breeze. Nice feel and weight. This is probably one of the best pans I have had in over 40 years of cooking and buying much more expensive cookware. I can't talk it up enough. I'll be buying more of these. I only use a stiff silicone spatula I got at WalMart so no scratches or damage. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
