These shelves are great and durable. heavy metal. typical insulation. Just make sure you place the door low and that if the spice is on the shelf, the door is covered by cabinet shelves. To prevent small things from falling through, place wax paper or contact paper on the bottom of a small shelf. The only downside is that not all spices are the same size.
