I haven't used the water dispenser in my fridge for a long time. Why you ask. Because Samsung screwed up and changed the design without considering how that would affect the fridges people already have in their homes. I've bought a few replacement filters from places like Home Depot and Lowes and they should be good, but they aren't. It turns out that the size of the hole at the top of the filter was reduced by SAMSUNG, which caused them to interfere with the flow and not work properly. I just resized all the filters and they are working properly now, YES! So I struggled to rate this review because I think people with bad experiences will check low ratings, but I decided to rate how things are today. I WANTED TO GIVE SAMSUNG 0 STARS because they are hiding the truth about this situation and have chosen to sell through a bad stock rather than recalling and replacing the filters.
