Be careful when buying this item

I bought this item. I connected it to my car and everything seems to be working properly except 1 inch was trying to connect to my phone. I've tried turning the phone off and on again, I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting, I've tried turning Bluetooth off and on again and nothing seems to be able to get this device to do it to get to connect to my iPhone 12.
