This band feels solid & has a more professional appearance than some bands. Adjustment is not too difficult, though there are no adequate instructions provided, but found a video and it's pretty much what you might expect. Hammer out pins, remove link, and hammer pins back in. It would be nice if the links were a bit narrower, to allow for more precise adjustment. I have a small wrist, and removed 7 links, but it was too tight, and 6 links is a bit too loose. One extra pin is provided with the kit, and a generous supply of tools to accomplish the adjustments. When it's time to remove the watchband from one's wrist, the release of the band is accomplished by squeezing the release on either side of the closure which pops open the 'butterfly' closure and allows one to slide one's hand out of the band, as with some traditional watches.
