Update: I tried calling Vacmaster customer service in Cleveland to find out why my vmw510 has no suction. I was held by a man for 20 minutes. Finally hung up. Tried again and got the same person who stopped me again and never came back. The man seemed quite nice, but he shouldn't be allowed to use the phone. I don't think I'll try again. 3 stars changed to 1 star. PROS: The remote on/off switch on the handle is my favorite feature; Extended rigid hose together with a second flexible hose; Easy to mount on the wall - simply detach the device from the wall; Convenient for storing the hose on the wall bracket; Spacious trolley for included accessories; The wet vacuum works great; Extended cable. CONS: Very POOR dry vacuum: I'm having trouble picking up leaves from my garage floor. I also have trouble vacuuming up dirt from tight crevices in my car - my previous old 3hp 16gal ShopVac was a suction monster and could do it all.
