I like that it is very simple to use and can be used for multiple languages at once without having to have additional software installed! It's not too expensive either so you don't need much budget to get started with this tool. There are some features which could improve, but otherwise there isn't anything really bad about cloze writing tools. You should try using them if your students struggle with language skills or grammar issues when speaking English. My school uses this as part of our homework system where we write answers out onto cloze forms before submitting them online via Google Forms. This way my class has no trouble answering questions correctly because they've already had time to practice reading comprehension problems beforehand. They also enjoy the fact that their work gets graded immediately giving immediate feedback.
