Pros: The stem is adjustable and very long, but folds down for storage. Easy to change to different nozzles for different cleaning purposes. Microfiber cleaners are very effective at cleaning and wash/dry easily. It is somewhat eco-friendly as it is washable and there is no waste. Not sure about the manufacturing process... Cons: I was hoping the rag would bend so I could use it to clean the ceiling fan. The inside appears to be metal/plastic and I was able to bend it a bit (less than 45 degrees) - it seemed like it would break if I bend it further. I've only had it for two weeks and I haven't used it with any liquids/detergents. Hope it doesn't rust.
