I love that you can create profiles of employees as well as clients so it's easy for them to have their own information separate from other people at your facility! It allows me quick access to all my info in one place when i need to reference something quickly. Nothing really right now but maybe some small things like being able to add images with links would be helpful? Not having this feature was not an issue until recently which has slowed down our business somewhat since we had created accounts for every employee who needed a profile before this update happened (we are still working around that). We used to pay $200 or more per year just for yearly maintenance fees. This software makes everything free!! No longer do staff members need multiple passwords/accounts in order for us to keep up-to-date with eachother. All important documents such as forms and contracts will always remain available within reach via keystrokes rather than pulling files out of binders I like how easy it was to set up once we got all of our information in place. There were some things that could have been better but nothing too major. It has helped us keep good track of everything with regards to our dogs. We are able to check their shots and make sure they stay healthy as well. Not having to write down what you need done makes life so much easier.
