I really like the way Arrow is trying to make it easy for our account teams to manage their accounts. They are doing this with a lot of features that help us streamline our workflows, but also provide additional functionality that we need to keep up with our clients. As a new customer, I don't have too much experience with the product yet, however, the team at Arrow has been extremely helpful in answering my questions and getting me setup. The dashboard is very user friendly and makes onboarding employees quick and easy. We've had some issues with certain functions not working properly, but they're always on top of things resolving them. I wish there was more integration with other systems so we could share information between our sales and service teams. This would allow me to see what my account reps are seeing when they log into their dashboards as well as having access to the same data from our team members.
