I previously gave this splint a lower rating as I felt I had to extend my palm to get a firmer grip on the splint. However, I continued to use this one and found that it just takes longer for the trigger finger to heal (when held upright at night). I've since bought another one so I have spares. This is a very useful product for a trigger finger (or any situation that requires flex support). The piece is well made and I have used it extensively throughout the day and night. It was exactly what I was looking for and much more convenient than other more complex products I've tried. Thank you for a simple and functional product.
