Review on 🦈 Superwinch Tiger Shark 12V Winch: Aluminum Hawse, Synthetic Rope - 9500 lb. Load Capacity by Josh Goldsmith

This winch arrived with a broken magnet cover. Not a big deal, just a piece of plastic to keep the innards dry so I decided to install the winch, put a cover over it and then see if the seller sends me a new part. When I contacted the seller he wanted to help but said that due to a recent acquisition of Superwinch by Westin they don't have access to Superwinch parts. I called Superwinch direct but was put through to Westin customer service where they said they didn't know what happened to the Superwinch parts inventory and couldn't help me. So I'm currently running tape over the solenoid cover and winch cover to try and keep everything dry, but that's not a permanent solution. Maybe I can 3D print a new one. Don't expect the level of customer support that Superwinch is known for from a new company. I just hope I never have to make warranty claims.
