It fits my daughter as expected. It's a raincoat so not the most comfortable fabric in the world, but it's not as stiff and uncomfortable as some and roomy enough not to feel too tight. I haven't tested it in rain, but it works fine in light rain. It seems very sturdy and well made and the zippers are of good quality. It also offers some wind and cold protection and folds up quite compactly, making it a good travel raincoat.
