This clock does exactly what I wanted, displays the time in big letters on the ceiling so I can see it in the middle of the night without glasses without having to crane my neck to tell the time seen on the clock. Even the red light is barely visible. I found that the size of the numbers increases when light is projected at an angle, allowing me to position them where they were large enough for me to see without glasses or squinting. I didn't look for the weather station at first, but I'm glad that it also shows the outside temperature, since I have to walk my dog first thing in the morning and it lets me know what to expect and how to dress before I get up . Construction went quickly. The temperature sensor is slow to respond. It took a long time (1 hour) to adjust the outside temperature from inside 68°F to 40°F, so I'd expect it wouldn't be able to track rapid changes in outside temperature, but that should be rare. Time will tell how long it will take, but for now it's just what I needed.
