I've been eyeing an Always Pan, but before I could go ahead and buy one, this came along. We've a couple of Ninja appliances so trust the brand and decided to give this a try. It works well for cooking/frying and has a large surface so you can do large batches. I really like the steam basket insert; I was able to steam a dozen baozi in two batches. They turned out perfect. I haven't tried pasta in this yet and don't intend to (at least, unless it's a skillet recipe) since we've a great pasta pot with drainer, but otherwise, this is a very versatile pot.
