I've never had or personally inspected Isis fenders, but I still suspect the quality of these fenders is average. I have no complaints about the seams or the fabric. The neck is an elastic loop, and the elastic band does not bend as much. That's probably normal because I doubt anyone's neck is as big as their biggest sprain. At first I thought the elastic was the only way to "fit in" and was afraid it would snap at the end where the neck attaches to the cape. Then I noticed that there is also a velcro strap so you can open your neck to put it on (instead of pulling it over your head like I originally did). However, remember that the Velcro has only one real position. So if you find it too loose around your neck, you can't tighten it without a little effort. No sticks. You can only take sticks and whatever, I'll buy them. But can you stop saying what's included and what's not?
