I like it because the USB ports are on the bottom. The last one I bought had the connectors at the top which meant all the cables were sticking out at the top and then dangling in all directions. It interferes with what is connected to ordinary electrical plugs. It's a beautiful, neat look. Not too blocky and doesn't protrude too far from the socket so it doesn't droop under the weight of everything plugged in. And not too bulky to fall under its own weight.
