The dimensions are clearly not accurate. I usually wear a size 9.5 or 10 sneakers. I ordered 10 just in case. Unfortunately I didn't try them on until a few months after receiving them as my current shoes were still in good condition. That's why I can't return them. My feet were cramping and the heel of the shoe was cutting into my Achilles heel to the point where I could no longer wear it. It wasn't that they weren't broken. The problem was that they were too small. Now I'm looking for a friend who might want a pair of running shoes that could actually be a size 9, worn for a walk of about 1/4 mile with my dog.
