I really like that it's intuitive and easy to navigate through, plus there are tons of customization options! You can go into an individual store and see where you stand compared to your competitors (which ones have higher sales/lower average ticket). Plus the reporting is so clear and concise that you don't even need to know how to code or create custom reporting to get insight. The platform has been great at improving our profitability and giving us insights into what we can do differently. It's also incredibly helpful when comparing our store data with industry benchmarks. There isn't much I dislike about the software. Occasionally the customer service team takes a bit too long to respond to tickets, but that's no longer than another system would take. Also, there are some bugs that occur when you're pulling up your data from previous weeks, which is unfortunate. However, those issues rarely last more than 24 hours.
