I bought this on the recommendation of someone who recently used it to fix a broken laptop frame. I originally thought it was epoxy, but it's actually a two-part urethane adhesive that mixes like epoxy. So far it's worked pretty well and has held up strong through everything I've used it for, mostly broken car panels. It is not as hard as epoxy, so after drying the excess can be mechanically removed more easily than epoxy. I haven't tried it on non-plastic items, but I highly recommend using it on plastic.
