The cartridge is chipped, but this can be easily disabled through the MFP settings. Pros: Wireless printing and scanning over wi-fi, both from a PC (Windows) and from a phone (Android). There were no problems with the network setup. At the same time, the MFP supports various connection methods: as a separate host in the local wi-fi network (my version), using WPS (if the router supports it), and also Direct (direct point-to-point connection without a router, as I understand it). Different cons: In the application on a smartphone, the scanning quality is not higher than 300 dpi, although you can set 600 dpi from a PC. It's not critical for me, but it may be important for someone. No software disk. In my opinion, some version should be in case of lack or restriction of access to the Internet.
