I like how it gives me an overview about my team's performance compared with our competition in terms of leads generated per day / week etc., It helps us identify where we need more efforts from Team members as well help them understand their weaknesses so that they could work harder towards improving there areas for improvement which ultimately would lead into better results! Nothing much yet but will see once its live what is coming up next!! Overall good tool if you're looking out to get some insight regarding your Sales funnel management or even overall business process mapping/optimisation!
