Peace of Mind for Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS)

After a serious blowout and damage to my car, I became a big fan of TPMS. Heading to my TechnoRV source to get a glimpse of the product, I made a quick purchase decision. I just got new tires on and wanted to make sure I was monitoring the tires with better technology than a manual gauge. This system has not let me down. Installation was easy, setting up the monitor was easy thanks to the very clear instructions and off we went. The system paid for itself on the first day of use. Apparently my tire shop installed the wrong valve stems in my new tires. They didn't fit right. The day after my scheduled ride, I turned on the monitor to see what the tire pressure looked like. The alarm went off immediately, I had a flat tire. I squeezed it and found it was not holding air after a few hours. I go to a tire shop and find that the valve stems are not seated properly. All 5 tires were removed and new high-pressure steel struts were installed. Had I not discovered this before the trip, I would probably just manually check the pressure, inflate the tire and drive off. In a few hours I may have a chance to have all my tires go flat on a 6% grade outside of MT Eagle, TN. Not very good. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the support of the seller.
