It perfectly replaced my 2008 Tundra Jack. Learn how to replace it with instructions on YouTube. The work took less than 10 minutes. This part appears to be a Toyota part just without the Toyota branding and for less than half the price at the dealer. Since my Sirius radio plug is permanently plugged in, I taped a small jewelry box over the plug area after replacing it to prevent hitting the plug again in the future.
