This premium telescopic tactical ladder was disappointing. Type 1A, commercial grade, 300 lb. Used by law enforcement agencies and intended for professionals. Tested to full extension and twice with the one hand retractor. I worked with him for an hour the next morning and so far I liked him. couldn't turn back! After the first real use. Half an hour trying to roll. Dissatisfied, disappointed, frustrated hardly describes a $300 purchase. Stuck half closed, step #6 would not close or open! Never fully closed. A call to the manufacturer brought no answer or solution. Indeed? Customer service for a top product. Dissatisfied. really disappointing. Finally, since it was longer than the one purchased. I had to make a custom box to get this ladder back. That was a project in itself. Because the boxes are not that long! The hopes for a professional product were high, but were only disappointed. On the one hand, if this manufacturer doesn't do well or calls themselves back, this ladder is very expensive to be such a failure!
