Dissatisfied with this product, bad to use.

Impressions are bad.
There are three Grohe mixers in the house + a Grohe shower rack, which also had a defective hose in the kit, which was changed under warranty twice, because. the first time they brought a short one, and the second time they brought a different color, but in the end they stayed with it. On the second floor of the house, they will most likely buy another manufacturer, because. there is no desire to see Grohe's repairmen at home even more often.

Pros

There is a retractable watering can with two modes, a high spout, for which we chose this model.

Cons

The spout on the mixer is unscrewed. Purchased in March 2022. Even before installation, a master was called from the service center, because. I was embarrassed by the easy unscrewing of the spout during rotation to the right and left, the master lubricated the plastic sleeve, twisted it with a key and allowed the installation. As a result, over the past 7 months, 4 (FOUR!) times called the service center, which is located 150 km from us on this issue. One of the visits was also at 11 am! As a result, the master again removes the spout, lubricates it, tightens it with a key and leaves. after 1.5-2 months, the spout unscrews and begins to flounder! HORROR!

Different pros: A good faucet, beautiful, fulfills its functions, the hose slides in/out easily, and can be washed with a damp cloth. Its cons: It is a pity that there is no aeration, but the manufacturer did not declare it. There is a shower mode - but this is different.
