From the website, I purchased a phone for $50,000 with boxberry delivery. On 11/18/2022, the order was placed and instantly paid for online. They called me the following day to check on the status of the order. When I responded that I had already paid for it, they said that they would confirm everything and that the order would arrive on the 25th of the following week. The order was given a tracking number today, December 5, and I've been following it on the TC website, but it hasn't even been delivered. I've written appeals and called the call center, and everyone says that delivery is expected to take longer and won't happen until then. When I ask how to get my money back, they say that I can apply now, but the money won't be returned until after a month. It's really horrifying since when I ordered a phone as a gift in advance, I was confident that it would arrive before the recipient turned 27. I can confidently tell that since this was my first purchase from them, I won't ever use them again.
