Ordered two to listen to a new projector with stereo sound. I tested them on my phone first and they worked flawlessly. Now I have to say that I never listened to these speakers with a critical ear for music as I didn't buy them for that. They worked well enough and I have an original Anker speaker - the volume was comparable. The volume was definitely better than the projector. However, when connected to the projector, the sound turned on and off. If you read about it, it seems that sometimes Bluetooth has bad pairing and you should forget the device and pair again. The projector doesn't have a "forget" feature so I reset the speakers. However, after resetting the speakers, I couldn't pair them again. The vast majority of people won't buy them for TWS (True Wireless Stereo) pairing, those who do will almost certainly never want to unpair or reset them. My case was unique. The initial pairing worked smoothly and they played left-right - I tested this with AIMP on my phone. At this point I was desperate to get the speakers to work. I have written to their support team and you really couldn't ask for better customer support. So, combined with what little information I've heard of these speakers, I'm giving them three stars, even though I had to send them back. Think about it - I sent them back and still give them a three star rating. They immediately sent me a video showing how the TWS pairing works exactly as I requested to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong. My guess is that resetting the speakers has something to do with it and that I might be able to fix it if I had the time. They offered to replace it, didn't ask any questions and apologized that my first experience wasn't good. I disagree - my first experience was good considering how difficult it is to find good customer support. In the end, urgency made me replace it with another product, but if I were considering it, I wouldn't. I will not hesitate again with such good customer support.
