Received today, attached to my size S Trek ladies bike. It fits perfectly. I tried it in a bike rack, it fits perfectly, the locking part is in the middle. Rubber tips will not scratch the bike frame. I looked at many different reviews of different bike racks, even bought one, Sportsmen, but didn't find it suitable as my bike frame is short due to the size, hence it comes on bike rack hooks, so I was afraid it might open in transport time; and does not interfere with the fixation of the desired length; yes, returned it.
