Product came with a rusty shaft. I was very upset when a kid opened it as a Christmas present last year. The company said they would send a replacement which never arrived and their email address stopped working. I removed the rust as best I could and my son used the scooter. The steering wheel kept moving and it was very difficult to keep it straight, especially after tricks. Today a critical bolt holding the front wheel broke while he was using it and he fell forward over the handlebars. Seems to be a pretty bad product and customer support is unresponsive. Update 11/20/20: This time Albott sent a replacement product and it arrived very quickly. After a week of use, everything is very good. My son says it works much better than the previous version before it broke and the wheels are "lighter and faster". Upgraded rating to 3 stars in hopes the product will last.
