I like that it is easy to use, has many features for testing applications such as web browsers or mobile apps etc., good support team with quick response time (even over holidays), can handle multiple projects at once without any issues; sometimes there are bugs in some of their products which makes them not so reliable but they do have great customer service department who will help you solve those problems quickly if needed! It's free software - no need spend money each month just because we want more tests automation-it helps us save lots of our valuable resource by automating manual tasks done manually before.-we also get better quality assurance from these automated scripts compared to traditional way where testers would write same set up steps again &again everytime when running new application version /build/etc..
