This stand comes with no instructions but is fairly easy to assemble. It consists of four parts plus four wheels and takes literally seconds to assemble. Make sure you push the wheels all the way in until they pop. Wheels made of bright white hard plastic. They roll on the ground, but not smooth. Feels and sounds like they might scratch the floor but so far that hasn't happened. It's slightly shorter than my turret and has a slight edge/raised edge so my turret doesn't sit flush. It's wider than my tower, however, so it still feels solid. First I needed an easy way to move my tower without lifting it. It meets all requirements. I also like that the tower is now off the ground and ventilated all around.
