You need a new clutch.

There is nothing extraordinary about this gun. I wouldn't put much weight on 7000psi and let that be the deciding factor in your purchase. I wanted a cheap pistol grip grease gun and that's what I got. The gun comes with a 90-day warranty as per the instructions. Apparently they don't have much faith in the gun either. The clutch is junk. He almost destroyed the first mirror. I replaced it with the adjustable tip that came with my Lucas pistol. You'll need an adjustable one or one of those quick release mounts like Lock n Lube or similar. The barrel is aluminum and can be easily wrinkled. I had a small flat dent on the end of the barrel but it didn't affect function. This finish isn't very good either. (I have a Lucas aluminum lever with a nice anodized finish.) I wanted aluminum and that's what I got. If your weapon is likely to break, steel might be better. The pistol grip works perfectly. If the Zerk picks up lube freely you should be fine, if not you'll most likely be using two hands anyway. The pistol is loaded directly with the tube of grease and filled immediately, so no problem. Just a regular pistol, nothing special, I won't be returning the pistol but probably won't recommend it to a friend (yet) or buy it again if there's another grease gun on the market.
