It works if you're good at it.

After trying so many more eco-friendly alternatives, I came back to this pen knowing the chemicals were questionable. It's been a few months, I basically boil morning eggs in it, never put it above average, very light olive oil spray (although it still works if I forget), cleanup is a breeze. Works just as well as the first day. There is no non-stick coating that lasts forever, but it already works much better than previous ceramic or more environmentally friendly coatings (he had an expensive German company 2 ceramic pan that didn't even last half a year). This product is hand wash only. I did some research and concluded that it's relatively safe as long as it doesn't get hot, cheaper than most, still smooth and slippery, not sticky.
