used it 3 times. Look, at the end of the day you add delicious ingredients and they come out frozen. But here's why I'm returning it: 1) The lid doesn't latch properly and pops out when hit (a mess, btw). 2) If you put the bowl in the freezer 24-48 hours beforehand, I definitely allow for spontaneity. 3) I have a very small freezer and it takes up too much space. 4) It's VERY difficult to clean - I like to wash right after, but the bowl stays frozen for hours afterwards and I didn't. I don't want to use an abrasive or sharp tool to clean the bowl so all I had to do was wait for it to thaw on my counter. Also, the engine needs to be separated from the cover before cleaning, and that's not easy - I was afraid I'd damage it. I fought him for five minutes before he broke up and life is hard enough these days. 5) The end product doesn't get much better than using my NutriBullet and freezing the results. 6) Also, there seem to be a lot of these product reviews, including some positive ones about machines other than the ones I bought. I see that this machine is currently out of stock. Well if you've got your eye on one and still want it after reading this review I'll be returning mine this week so it'll be back in stock soon. :)
