Matic EIM 1400R Cream Maker Freeze Review

Easy to clean and a great summer appliance! I'm a big ice cream lover and it's great to make ice cream at home with more or less healthy options! This particular light is great value for money, I would even say it's understated and looks fantastic!

Honestly just amazing, the ice cream was perfect, the ice cream melts in your mouth it's a really nice mouthfeel. I recommend freezing the bucket for 36 hours before pouring the ice cream base. I also recommend letting the ice cream base chill overnight or 2-16 hours. This car is amazing! It also comes with a small book of recipes to follow if you are new to ice cream making.

Recipes pictured are for 2 cups of ice cream, not the advertised 1.5 liters (or 6 cups). The ice maker works well until you make more than 2 cups. If you try to make 1.5 liters of ice cream, you'll end up with a diluted smoothie consistency. unit revolution. Finally! I can finally get allergy-free, healthy, sugar- and filler-free ice cream that doesn't cause blood sugar spikes or inflammation.
