Exactly the same as my old adapter for my 2021 RAM Diesel 4x4 with a 6ft 4in body.

Of course I lost my first hitch adapter because I forgot to remove it so I had to buy this one (part number 68165918AA). This is on my 2021 RAM Diesel 4x4 with a 6ft 4" bed and it looks and fits just like my old adapter. When I got this new one I painted the end orange so that after removing the 2" drawbar this adapter would stick out and yell "Get me out and put me in a truck." :-) I didn't forget to remove this adapter. beautiful.
