They're stronger than other kiss nails, which doesn't say anything lol. If you press on something, they will bend or break. If you use the packaged nail file to prep your nail, your nails will pop out the same day. You will need a 100 grit file. The included glue is good. You don't need to buy separate glue. If you prepare the nail properly, it will not come loose.
