I bought them at 8/10 for my skinny 9 year old. They fit almost perfectly. They're a bit big in the waist, but they have a drawstring inside that we tie, and there's absolutely no problem with them slipping down. He trains all summer for the triathlon and spends all his training and competitions in these silencers. He wears them for his runs, bike rides and swims and they hold up great! No signs of weakness or rubbing after 2 months of training and activity 4 days a week.
