Review on 💡 Kungber DC Power Supply Variable: 30V 10A Adjustable Bench Linear Power with LED Display & USB Output, Coarse and Fine Adjustments by Jamie Masloski

I've had a precision power supply on my workbench before, but sometimes I need something that can deliver a little more current. This Kungber had good reviews and the price was what I expected, so I bought it. I tested the device for performance and accuracy as soon as I received it. Everything went perfectly, except that the voltage readings were about 5% higher at full load. I contacted Kungber support and to be honest, one of the reasons I'm writing this review was the amazing response I received. Problem Thursday afternoon. They got back to me within 8 hours. They asked a few questions about the nature of the problem and wanted some pictures showing the symptoms. I sent them the requested information on a Friday afternoon and by the next morning they had responded with several solutions to the problem. I was surprised and delighted. They fixed the issue and the whole process took less than three business days. Yes, I would recommend this product. Very good power supply for the price. More importantly, I have to give credit to the people behind it.
