Bought this for our 4 year old for Christmas as his older siblings had DS so he doesn't feel left out. It has many games, many of which are rubbish. For example a basketball shot. All you have to do is level up the roll and you will do it every time. There's no release timing, it doesn't move once you hit the sweet spot so you'll never miss it again. Many games have shortcuts in the programming, corners/trajectories don't work properly, etc. However, there are many games that you will find interesting enough to pass a smart 4 year old's eye test. The game is very simple, the buttons work well, the screen is sufficient. We bought this as a last minute gift, but somewhere around $30 is better saved for something else. Ours has been down for 6 months, we now have a white screen of death when turned on. There is sound but no video. I'd say it's more reasonable to pay $10-$15 for something that won't last long. Or save your money.
