Unfortunately this is a piece of junk

I like to use some retro computers that were only sold in UK/EU countries and require a 220-240v power supply I ordered this item and after I got it Finally got UK cable, I needed to plug in and figured I was ready to go. Boy was I wrong. That does not work. The power switch is on, but no power is being output. I've tried the USB charging port and even 110V to see if I can get something from them and absolutely nothing. The item has now been returned. Avoid.
