I received the phone holder a week ago so I installed it according to the instructions. I think they said to wait a few days for the glue to set. Anyway, I had to travel today and had the opportunity to take advantage of it. I really like all the customization that can be made. A retractable arm to bring it closer and a swivel arm to rotate more towards the driver or passenger. Plus the ability to rotate it so the phone is upright or on its side, whichever you prefer. I saw a review that talked about "junk" and how she needed to fix her phone while traveling. I guess she didn't tighten the part which prevents that it rotates or tips over. It was the first thing I had to do. After stretching out your hand, you need to tighten it, and then just behind the part that contains the phone, you need to tighten it so that the phone stays in the desired position. I have a wallet and found that due to its design, I had to hold the phone upright and sit on the bottom support for the side grips to really hold it firmly. That being said, I would recommend this phone holder to anyone looking to buy it. and I found that due to my design, I had to hold the phone upright and sit on the bottom support to get the side grips to really hold it firmly.
