Hello! This is the best rolling pin I've ever used in my life! It's long enough for rolling out dough quickly and easily, the lines on the needle make measuring so much easier, the rings do a fantastic job at precise gauges (a bit tricky to apply but you don't want them to slip off). They use a needle all the time so it's just a few extra seconds) and I have long nails - and this needle is big enough to keep them out of the dough but not too big. It has weight (not heavy), measurements are easy to see, nothing sticks to it from what I found - just put it under water and it's clean) Quite unlike the old wood that clung to everything and wouldn't clean if it has not been soaked in hot, soapy water for twenty minutes. He has an extra ring and most don't need to make a total of 5 and that will come in handy over time. It arrived on time, was packaged so well I could barely get in, but when I did I was thrilled to death with my new set of rolling pins. I washed and cooked the noodles that night and they came out wonderful! My hands and letters hurt sometimes too and this pen is still so easy to use. If you need a new rolling pin then I would look no further than this one - and the price was great! Try it, I'm sure you'll be as happy as I am! Fire
