They are great for daily cleaning in my kitchen. I've been buying these for a long time. I take them out, wash them in hot water and dry them at high temperature. They shrink (cotton) and make great kitchen towels! They do not crumble even after several washes. I use them to strain oil (frying oil, bacon grease), puree everything. Wow! I just dropped an egg on the floor! Take a clean rag and wash it. If I find them looking messy I take them to stores, they don't mind stains. I buy a pack for a year or two. I use them for anything you use paper towels for.
