Review on πŸ’ White EastPoint Sports NHL 84-Inch Full Size Power Play Pro Indoor Hover Hockey Table by Justin Jeppi

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very good table but poor lateral support

4 leg plates connected with a plastic angle and 2 very small screws per leg. Although it can hold vertical weight very well, the whole table seems to fall apart once side loading is applied if someone pushes it from the side in the heat of the game. I drilled large clearance holes in the bottom of the legs and additionally attached each leg to the plastic corners with heavy duty screws. Also, the AC adapter's power connector is inconveniently located in a hard-to-reach bottom corner, and the AC adapter must be plugged into an outlet. It's very easy to trip over it and pull yourself out in the heat of the game. I pulled power from under the table to keep the cord from dangling. This is not furniture, but sports entertainment that requires tinkering with. I think the engineers who designed this table only cared about its looks (it's made of medium density fiberboard) and its end result. I may need to reinforce the structure further if it starts to wobble.
