BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. DON'T UNDERSTAND THEM. So when I got it the wifi driver loaded perfectly AND WORKS AMAZING, I GO FROM 40 TO 130 Mbps. The tricky part was the Bluetooth. But after contacting their AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE WE BOTH UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM AND SOLVE EVERYTHING which literally took forever but was worth it. I know it must sound like a hassle to contact them, but it really isn't. Serious. Customer Service Phone +1 (323) 248-1976 INSTALLATION (Make sure Windows is up to date) For Windows 10, go to the Windows icon in the lower left corner > Right click > Device Manager > then NETWORK ADAPTER > Make sure , that you disable PCIE (it's almost at the end of the filename) and make sure you specify the USB version. Then go to Bluetooth in Device Manager and disable the generic Bluetooth adapter (the one that came with the motherboard) and enable the REALTEK BLUETOOTH adapter. /Disable Device/Delete Device/Properties. You may have to turn them off until the yellow icon appears on them (but play with both until you get it). Personally for me, the Bluetooth app for the device doesn't open, but that's great. Just go to normal Bluetooth in Windows and connect your device. Welcome back :)
